Yes. We bring the backdrop, lighting, camera rig, and on-site team. All we need from the venue is a footprint and standard power.
How much space and power do you need?
A standard headshot or booth setup needs roughly a 10x10 footprint and a single dedicated circuit. We send exact specs in advance so your venue and AV team can prep.
Can the headshot backdrop match a specific color outside our brand kit?
Yes. We can build a custom seamless backdrop in a specific Pantone or paint color. Just share the swatch and we will source it.
What happens if a line forms and attendees are waiting?
Our crew manages flow and we can add a second capture lane to double throughput. For large conferences we recommend a dual-capture setup so no one waits more than a few minutes.
