For most sports activations we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks out to allow time for custom branding and overlays. Rush turnarounds are possible depending on the format and our build schedule.
Do you offer packages for multi-game series or full seasons?
Yes. We can scope a single game, a playoff series, or a full season of activations with pricing that reflects repeat dates. Multi-game bookings are more cost-effective than one-offs.
Can you set up at a stadium, arena, or fan zone?

What happens if equipment fails during the event?
