Across the 2025 City Connect series, Booth Empire operated a Glambot fan activation at 13 Toronto Blue Jays games at Rogers Centre. Most activations are judged on one night. This one was judged thirteen times. Throughout the 2025 season, Booth Empire operated a Glambot rental in Toronto as a recurring fan activation for the Toronto Blue Jaysโ€™ City Connect game series at Rogers Centre - 13 games, scheduled approximately every other Friday, each producing approximately 300 slow-motion fan videos.

What the Blue Jays Needed

The program required a repeatable premium experience suitable for a high-volume sports environment - and, critically, one that could be delivered identically across an entire baseball season. A fan who visited the Glambot in April and returned in August needed to receive the same quality of experience and output both times. Consistency was not a nice-to-have; it was the assignment.

The Glambot Setup at Rogers Centre

The Glambot is a robotic camera system that captures cinematic slow-motion video, and at Rogers Centre it was pointed squarely at the fans. Attendees wearing Toronto Blue Jays City Connect apparel stepped in front of the camera for hair flips, jersey movements and fan poses - the kinds of motion the format is built to flatter.

Each participant received branded slow-motion video content: a short, polished clip that put an individual fan at the centre of a City Connect game night. The connection between the apparel program and the content was direct - fans showed off the jerseys the series exists to celebrate.

Glambot Rental Operations Across a Full Toronto Season

Running one Glambot night is a production task. Running thirteen on a recurring schedule is an operations discipline.

The setup and workflow needed to remain consistent from one game to the next: the same positioning, the same capture standard, the same output quality, roughly every other Friday for months. That cadence leaves no room for improvisation - equipment, staffing and process all had to arrive game-ready 13 separate times inside a major-league venue on its own event schedule.

Each game also carried real volume. At approximately 300 videos per game, the activation processed a steady stream of fans throughout game-day activity, night after night, without the luxury of a slow evening to recover on.

By the Numbers

  • 13 games activated across the 2025 City Connect series
  • Approximately 300 Glambot videos produced per game
  • An estimated season total of approximately 3,900 videos (calculated from the per-game average)
  • Recurring operation at Rogers Centre approximately every other Friday

The estimated total of roughly 3,900 videos is best understood not as a single number but as thirteen consistent performances. The per-game figure held across the season, which is the real measure of the program.

Why It Landed

Repetition built trust with fans. A recurring fixture at City Connect games gave returning fans something to look forward to and gave the series a signature experience.

The format matched the content. Slow-motion capture rewards movement, and jersey reveals, hair flips and celebratory poses are exactly what fans bring to a ballpark.

Operational consistency protected the brand. The Blue Jays could attach their name to the activation for a full season because game one and game thirteen looked the same.

The output travelled. Every fan left with branded slow-motion content of themselves in City Connect apparel - a personal artifact of the series, created at the ballpark.
