Is there a minimum contract length for a long-term installation?
Our long-term rentals start at a one-month minimum to make the install and branding worthwhile. Most clients run quarterly or annual terms, and pricing scales down the longer you commit.
What happens if the hardware goes down mid-week?
Installations include remote monitoring and priority support. If a unit goes offline, we are alerted automatically and dispatch a fix or swap fast so you lose minimal uptime.
