A professional headshot is one of the few conference perks attendees actively seek out. At Info-Tech LIVE, held June 9-10, 2026 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Info-Tech Research Group made it a headline amenity - and Booth Empire delivered it at scale, operating corporate headshot stations as two parallel stations that served 595 participants and captured 4,711 photographs across two days.

What the Client Needed

The conference needed professional headshot experiences for two distinct audiences: VIP attendees and general attendees, each with their own dedicated station. The workflow had to move at conference speed - instant digital delivery, polished results, and no bottleneck of manual retouching between capture and inbox.

How the Two Stations Worked

Booth Empire structured the activation as two separate headshot environments. VIP attendees had their own experience, distinct from the general attendee area, so the conference could offer a differentiated level of service without splitting one station’s capacity between two audiences.

Every image passed through light colour enhancement and light skin smoothing - enough finishing to make each headshot presentation-ready, with no manual retouching in the pipeline. That decision is what made instant delivery possible: attendees received their images through digital photo booth delivery on the spot, ready for LinkedIn, company directories and speaker profiles before they had left the room.

Built for Conference Volume

Two days, two stations, and a combined 4,711 photographs is a throughput problem before it is a photography problem. The workflow was designed so that capture, enhancement and delivery ran as one continuous motion - a participant could be photographed multiple times, review their images and walk away with them delivered, all inside a conference activation schedule built around sessions and breaks.

The dual-station structure also did quiet logistical work. Splitting VIP and general traffic kept both lines proportionate to their audiences and preserved the premium feel of the VIP experience even during peak between-session rushes.

The Metrics

  • VIP station: 219 participants, 1,970 photographs captured, 3,158 shares
  • General attendee station: 376 participants, 2,741 photographs captured, 4,796 shares
  • Combined: 595 participants, 4,711 photographs captured, 7,954 shares

The share count deserves attention: 7,954 shares against 595 participants means attendees did not simply receive their headshots - they distributed them, extending the conference’s footprint well beyond the two event days. The capture total also works out to several photographs per participant, giving each attendee genuine selection rather than a single take.

The Payoff

Two stations matched two audiences. Dedicated VIP and general environments let each experience run at its own pace with its own standard of service.

Light enhancement beat heavy retouching. A pipeline of colour enhancement and skin smoothing - nothing more - produced polished, natural images at a speed manual retouching could never match.

Instant delivery converted capture into use. Headshots that arrive immediately get posted immediately, which is what nearly eight thousand shares reflect.

The amenity carried real professional value. Unlike a novelty photo op, a quality headshot is something conference attendees genuinely need - participation followed naturally.
