Sponsorship Requirements & Eligibility

To qualify for our photo booth sponsorship, your event must meet the following criteria:

1. Location

Your event must take place in Ontario or within a reasonable distance from our headquarters.

2. Eligible Event Types

We are accepting sponsorship applications for the following event categories:

Non-profit events
Corporate functions
Upscale social gatherings (galas, fundraisers, high-profile events)

Private events such as birthdays and weddings do not qualify.

3. Event Timeline

Your event date must be within three months of submitting your application.

4. Application Process

This sponsorship is available by application only.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
We review applications carefully to select events that align with our sponsorship goals.

5. Website Requirement

If applying on behalf of a non-profit or corporate organization, your website must have an active blog section.

What We Require in Return

1. Website Link

A do-follow link to our website must be published on your company’s website or within a blog post about the event.
The hyperlink text will be provided by us.
This link must remain active for the lifetime of the domain.

2. Sponsor Acknowledgment

Our logo must be included on any sponsor walls, event banners, or marketing materials if other sponsors are acknowledged in this manner.
We require equal visibility and treatment wherever sponsors are featured.
We reserve the right to include our logo on any photo booth prints, physical assets, or video experiences related to the event.

3. Marketing Rights

We must be granted full creative direction over the photo or video experience provided.
We retain marketing rights to share behind-the-scenes content and event highlights across our digital platforms.

4. Timely Link Publishing

The required link or blog post must be published no later than two weeks post-event.
We will not provide access to event galleries or content until the link is live.

5. Credit Card Authorization

- A valid company credit card may be required on file.
- If the link is not published within the agreed timeframe, the full sponsorship amount will be charged to the card on file.

Not Approved?

Due to the limited availability of this sponsorship opportunity, not all applications will be approved. However, if your event does not qualify for a full sponsorship, you may still be eligible for a partial sponsorship at 25%, 50%, or 75% off, depending on event-specific factors.
